What are your store hours? Where is your store?

We don’t operate a retail storefront, but local dropoff & pickup is possible in St. Albert.

Repair work can be dropped off, and repairs and purchases can be picked up at the UPS Store in St. Albert. Please ensure you create a Ticket here before dropping off, and make SURE you attach a printed copy of your ticket to your unit. Please contact us in advance if you have any questions about this process.

The item I want is out of stock – when will it be in?

Our is updated in real time. Please check back frequently for updates on items listed as out of stock and to view new products arriving.

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

It is possible to change an order that has not yet shipped (note that orders generally ship within 24 hours). If you would like to change your order, please email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

How can I pay for my repairs or purchase?

In person, we accept payment through Cash, Debit, Mastercard, Visa, Interac Email Money Transfer, and Paypal.

For online orders, or arranged pickup of a completed repair at the UPS Store, payment by EMT or Paypal will be required.

How do you charge for shipping?

All items are shipped from St. Albert, Alberta, and shipping is charged by a flat rate across Canada.

Does your shop ship internationally?

We only ship within Canada.

Does your shop accept returns?

We do not accept returns, so be sure to contact us if you require assistance choosing the right item.

When you receive your package, be sure to check the items to make sure they are working. We will repair, replace, or refund defective items at our discretion if there is an issue. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your shipment and/or product.

Please note: If the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a $70 labour fee will be applied.

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks to receive your replacement or refund after we have received a returned product. Refunds will be applied to your payment account.
